Request an order cancellation

Sign in and open My Orders to request cancellation of an eligible order. Orders that have progressed beyond the eligible fulfillment stage cannot be cancelled online.

A request is sent to the store for review. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel the order or issue a refund. We will email you the outcome.
